Water Buffalo Milk Caramel


The most decadent caramel sauce you may ever have. Water buffalo milk cooked down and caramelized with sugar, Madagascar vanilla beans and Vietnamese cinnamon sticks. Think cajeta, but richer (and less goat-y). Drizzle this on your ice cream (or, better yet, gelato), pancakes, apples, pears, kiwis, bananas, or be a true hero and grab a spoon and take yourself to Flavortown. You won't regret it.
