When are y'all open?
Our cafe at 503 Main St. in Blanco, TX is open every day from 11am-7pm. We currently are serving water buffalo gelato, cured meat, cheese, wine and espresso-based drinks.
Do you sell water buffalo mozzarella?
Yes we do! We finally “cracked the code” in October 2023, and make a limited amount of mozzarella for our retail stores!
Where can we purchase your cheese or gelato?
Click the "Where to Buy" link in the header of our website for a list of purveyors carrying OroBianco Italian Creamery gelato and/or cheese.
Do y'all sell water buffalo milk?
We sell our water buffalo milk in quarts in limited supply. It’s always best to call and pre-order as we use it all to produce our cheese and gelato.
